A passionate soul, he revels in life’s pleasures and embraces all things good. His journey includes being a successful entrepreneur, a father of three, and a grandfather to one (thus far).
Married to an incredibly patient wife, he’s also an avid gamer. His leisure time often involves hanging out with friends, immersed in rock music across all genres, though opera uniquely stirs his soul. His preferred whiskies include Whistle Pig Rye and, naturally, his own creations. When he’s not creating whisky, you can find Jez in the kitchen, cooking.

Born in Birmingham in 1970, he’s the son of an Irish mother and English father, blending Irish spirit with an English heart. A devoted father to two daughters and a son, he shares his life with a loving partner in the Midlands.
His passions include music and the art of crafting alcoholic beverages, a curiosity that led him on a journey of discovery and learning. Amidst this, he balances a full-time role at a global automotive company.
In moments of relaxation, you’ll find him savoring his favorite whisky, a 10-year-old Rebel Yell, while enjoying a rugby match.
