Whisky Master Tasting Class: Embark on a journey starting with Mercia’s Double Cherry Old Fashioned. Laid before you is a flight of five drams, each representing the main areas of Scottish whisky: Highlands, Lowlands, Campbeltown, Islay, and Speyside.

You will be taught how to smell and taste whisky and to identify the unique characteristics of each region.

Challenge yourself to identify each whisky, with rewards for the winner. This 90-minute experience, led by our expert Whisky Team, concludes with our very own English Single Malt and Rye Whisky.

Amazing Experience.Such great hosts me and my brother in law loved every minute.Such great knowledge hosts.Loved the whisky challenge its was such fun.You must try there own whisky it was exceptional.Had to purchase two bottles one each for us lol.Till next time thanks again guys for a brilliant afternoon.Ps think I pressed 3 stars by mistake sorry.Its without a 5 star plus experience 😀

A great evening at this place with friends and family. Nice to experiment with different gins with lime lemon and cucumber to see what it does for the taste. The guys there was down to earth. Full of laughter. The food boards was amazing everything on there was the dogs testies. I hate olives but these are nice. Pickled onion in balsamic vinegar life changing.

Wow, wow, wow!! What an amazing experience we had on the 'Immersive Gin Blending Experiment'!!!! Jez is the most excellent host who kept us well lubricated throughout the afternoon! Not forgetting Tammie who prepared the nibbles!! Won't give too much away, as don't want to spoil it, but if you're looking for a gift for someone or want to spoil yourself then do not hesitate, get yourself booked in!! And this is coming from someone who doesn't really drink gin!! I will be back for a whisky tasting experience, as these experiences are great value for money!!! Highly recommed!!!

The legend that is Jez and of course Tammie. Our trip was for whisky tasting. An amazing set up at bishton hall and perfect hosts. Within 2 hours we had identified the delights of 5 distinct whiskey producing areas, lots of laughter and the artisan bread, olives, balsamic pickled onions, cheese etc. Definitely book the full option for the food. Make sure you have a few meads to finish (and take home). Maybe we shouldn't have carried on the 'tasting' back at one of our hosts but YOLO
